Book Review- Educated

A Memoir gives you an insight of a person’s life and it requires immense courage to put it in blue print; to bear your soul. Having said that Tara Westover has used all her academic and individual prowess to put together- “Educated”

Synopsis:
An Unforgettable memoir about a young girl, who kept, out of school, leaves her survivalist family and goes on to earn a PhD from Cambridge University.

Review:
It is surprising what the author has faced. It left me aghast that a world like this exists! It not only made me realize the fortunate circumstances that I was born in but also how I have taken life’s trivial availabilities for granted. “Educated” is not a narrative of a damsel in distress who waits to be saved. It is a tale of a fight with oneself to “Self-Create”. The author gives you a plethora of brainstorming, breath pausing moments to self-reflect.
If it is not more evident😀 ofcourse I love the book! Not only because of the admirable narrative or the aggressive go-getter attitude but also because of the bright ray of hope-that one can weather any storm and achieve what the heart desires if one puts their mind to it!
